What you'll get:

1. Written report identifying multiple effluent disposal areas (if possible) and recommendations.
2. Up to two edits of the report.
3. Aerial shot of the disposal area (subject to CASA requirements).
4. Assistance with submission of application to Council.

If you are looking to purchase a property with an existing on-site sewage management system, don't risk not knowing how the system is currently working. A failing system could cost you thousands. Get us to check before you sign!

We will obtain any copies of Council approvals and determine if there are any issues with the system.

What you'll get:

1. Copies of all Council approvals;
2. Details of tank size and location;
3. Aerial photograph of tank and disposal area (subject to CASA requirements);
4. Assessment as to performance of system;
5. Identification of any failures and initial recommendations for repairs or replacement.

Get us in to check your food business. Our experienced team will go through your premises and processes and advise you what is required to comply with the Food Standards Code.

What you'll get:

1. Inspection of your food premises (this can be booked or conducted randomly like a regulator's inspection).
2. Written report identifying any food safety or construction issues.
